Little Residence - A Boutique Hotel & Spa

The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. The towels linen, bathroom amenities etc were all fantastic. They had a pool but it was indoors and unfortunately, although there’s a pool bar it was never open. Breakfast was simple but was delicious. All the staff were friendly and helpful and every morning when you hop out of the lift they give you an enthusiastic hello to start your day off fabulously. There is a fantastic leather shop to get bags and shoes etc made diagonally opposite and a couple of mini marts on both corners so really handy for supplies

We have just spent three amazing nights here and has been our favourite hotel in Vietnam. Everything about this place is a winner. The location is perfect, only a short walk (5 mins) to the old town, meaning you are close to the hub of restaurants, shops, bars etc but benefit from the peace and quiet from being just outside of the centre. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are as good as the pictures suggest. The beds are large and extremely comfortable and there is plenty of storage space for your luggage. The facilities are fantastic, boasting a gym, swimming pool and a spa where you can get excellent massages. We utilised all of the facilities including the free bikes and laundry service which was efficient. Breakfast was great and had a wide variety of options catering to a range of tastes. Above anything else what separates this place from other hotels is the exceptional service provided by it's employees. From the moment we stepped in we were warmly greeted and couldn't have felt more comfortable during our stay. Their mantra is to make the hotel feel like your home away from home and they certainly achieved this! All of the staff were incredibly attentive, helpful and friendly. There were so many personal touches provided by the staff during our short visit that made it truly memorable. Andrew Luu in particular looked after us brilliantly and has instilled a fantastic culture of customer service into the hotel.

We enjoyed our time in Hoi An immensely and a big part of it was because of the hotel! Little Residence is beautiful, well cared for and in a perfect location! It’s in walking distance to Ancient Town, but in a quiet street! The room looks exactly like the pictures and in so big and comfortable! The breakfast offers a good variety of food and it’s served in a very pleasant environment. The staff is very polite and welcoming! Andrew, the hotel manager was very attentive and made us feel so special both during check in and check out time! We will definitely come back while in Hoi An!!!

The hotel itself is lovely, modern and clean. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. Pool is big and covered (basement style) with lots of tables and pool loungers to relax on, plenty of towels available. The buffet breakfast is great, the best selection we found throughout our travels. Nice dining room too. Location is good, only a few minute walk to the old town and plenty of shops nearby. The river a few steps away. The staff are very helpful and kind. All of the girls at reception were very friendly and Alice in particular was super helpful to us with recommendations and booking help. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful 3 nights in the Little Residence. Staff were kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us celebrate our honeymoon. The manager Andrew regularly checked up on us to ensure everything was well. The hotel was clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. The massage at the spa by Lisa was relaxing and reasonably priced. The highlight of the trip was the coconut leave making workshop the hotel ran where we made grasshoppers and birds - a unique and wonderful experience! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
